I am absolutely disgusted with Vodafone at the moment, I have had a problem with my sure signal now for 4 weeks and im still no further forward. Today I was promised a call back within half an hour and I had to call again 2 1/2 hours later to chase it up, to be on the phone another half hour to be promised a call back at 4pm and guess what I'm still waiting. Could someone from Vodafone respond to this ASAP as I'm now wanting this sorted. This appalling customer service has gone on long enough

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
