Cables???

Is it possible to use a long RJ45 ethernet cable instead of the short, very thin wire supplied?

I want to place my Sure Signal box upstairs to increase its range.  This will mean a cable run of about 40metres.

Re: Cables???

Yes.

40m is a fairly long run but Cat5 Ethernet cable should be good up to 100m so you shouldn't have problems.
