My Sure signal has been working fine for around 2 years. Since Friday this week I have been having the "Call Failed" problem on both my phone and my wife's (both iphone 3GS). I have followed the troubleshooting guide without sucess and when I tried to send details in using the contact us link all I get is "This service is unavailable. We're working as fast as we can to resolve the issue, and hope to restore the service soon."
I rely on my mobile for a lot of work related issues and really need this issue to be sorted as soon as possible. I have recently changed both phones to a SIM only deal -I don't suppose this would have had anything to do with this isue - would it?

Just tried to send a messag via the message system and got re directed to the same "This service is unavailable. We're working as fast as we can to resolve the issue, and hope to restore the service soon." page
Tried calling the helpline only to discover it closes at 8PM - Is there anyone out there that can help??

My apologies for the delay in responding to you however the eForum has been a little busier than normal as of late.
In regards to your query, can I ask if you have changed your SIM card recently or just the price plan?
If the SIM I would try removing the numbers affected and then add these back in to refresh the Sure Signal registration.
Also please can you let me know your Sure Signal serial number so we can check the registration for you in case it has been flagged for a re-sync.

I have taken a look at your Sure Signal and everything seems to be ok and I can see that the Sure Signal connected to the server last night.
