I have the same problem. Not possible to make outgoing calls.
It has been erratic in the past, but now never works. Have had the line checked by ISP.
Old box, lights 1,2 and 4 on permanently.
Other maybe linked problem, if using internet via 3G, it always places me somewhere in North London.

George the contact us form does not work. I have had a working Sure Signal for 6 months and now it stops working. The same problems as everyone else on this thread. Please Help Kypros

Hi, Can't get the contact page to work, had a sure signal for 5 months now and suddenly having problems with dialing out. Can receive calls etc. Can you help? thanks

Ben,
I have 3 SS units 2 old style and 1 new style ,the new style is only days old and reacts the same as the older units, serial numbers listed below
21221762376 old type 4 lights
21222167211 old type 4 lights
40120124257 new type 2 lights
All three have the same problem "call failed" message on the I Phone 3GS and the call rings but fails to connect
I have spoken to no less than 10 representatives of VF, including 4 Supervisors, and 3 technical representatives in the last 10 days I have been told most of the things listed in this thread and many more besides, funnily enough all of them point to it being mine or my modem, or my service providers fault, yet 2 weeks ago the units were functioning OK if not perfectly and I have changed nothing.
I have wasted hours on the phone, am paying for a service which has ceased to function, been lied to and generally treated like a mushroom, kept in the dark and fed, I don't need to put this part do I !!
I had been informed I was the only person with this problem until I found this thread, why can't your support staff tell the truth we all have problems.
As a result of my treatment from VF I shall look to close my account and find a company that has respect for its customers.

Thank you for attending to this incident promptly and efficiently.
You kept me informed at each stage of the analysis and fix.
You reset/refreshed the SAC yesterday and i confirm the sure signal is now working without issue in my office.
Excellent outcome.
Please do reference the apple airport extreme settings i shared earlier if required.
I'm aware that a number of users have reported problems interfacing the sure signal and airport extreme.
I confirm there is no inherent conflict.
Simply set a fixed LAN IP for the sure signal and then setup the required TCP and UDP port forwards to that address.

I also have the same issue as the people above.
Sure signal light sequence looks OK.
My HTC has full 3G signal when sure signal is on.
Outgoing call on HTC = call failed.
Outgoing SMS/message = OK
Incoming call on HTC = OK
Incoming SMS/message = OK
This is possibly a Sure Signal SAC Issue.
Please can you assist?

Can't make outbound callers. New Box. Tried resetting. Nothing. HTC Sensation phone.
Recipients, can see me dial in but then instantly dropped.

Yesterday, I had to de-register my daughter's HTC Desire as she was unable to make calls while registered.

I got a suresignal, I can receive calls and receive and send texts with it, but it won't allow me to make calls....
