Having been on the phone to support for an hour trying to get a new number I have put into my sure signal to work this is my last hope before I return my SIM to Vodafone. Can you please reset my Suresignal or re-sync whatever you like to call it at your end ( serial number 21197015205). I will then do a hard re-set this end so it can pull down the info

I can see from our records this was re-synced yesterday by a member of our Tech Team. Can you confirm this is still an issue you’re experiencing?
If you are still experiencing issues can you confirm what phone you are currently using and also if your experiencing any issues with any other phones attached to you sure signal?
Just as a final precaution can you please toggle airplane mode on and then back off just to see if this changes anything?
