Can't add new user

Hi there

 

I am trying to add a new user to my SS2 device. It is a number that was ported over to Vodafone on 5 August - so nearly a week ago - but I am repeatedly getting a message "Sorry, we're having a technical probelm at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes. If you keep seeing this message, please contact us through the help centre."

 

Any help appreciated. My SS2 is working fine on my other three numbers.

Hi there, I'm struggling to find a way to add my wifes vodafone mobile to my suresignal (v2).  the number is declined in myvoldafone suresignal control panel.  driving me a litlte crazy. can someone help spleasE?

Hi there

 

You have to go through all the options.  So select whether you are a personal customer or business customer.  

Select whether you are Pay Monthly or PAYG.  

Then select Looking for something else

Then Can't find what you are looking for.
