Can't add user to sure signal

I can't add new users to Sure Signal .Keeps saying there is an error
“Sorry we’re having a technical problem at the moment, Please try again in a few minutes. If you keep seeing this message please contact us through the help centre”

Have been trying for a day and no joy. How do I get it working?

I assume your trying through

"How do I manage people that use my Sure Signal?
You can easily add, remove or change who can use it whenever you want. You can also add administrators who can also do this.
Log into My Vodafone
Select My Sure Signal, then Manage Users
Choose what you want to do and follow the instructions"

I assume your trying to add Vodafone numbers.
