Can't add users to Sure Signal

I have been trying to add my wife's number to my Sure Signal but keep getting the error "must be a vodafone number with 11 digits".  I have tried as suggested in other posts leaving off the 0 and adding 44.  Also leaving out the name and user part but still not happening.  We live in an area with a poor vodafone signal and need to use the box.  Can anyone help please?  Thank you

Is your wife’s number definitely on Vodafone, and not with a different provider that uses our network?
