Can't deregister my v1 sure signal

Hi I'm trying to deregister my V1 Suresignal, but when I got to My Devices, I get an error message "Functionality is not available"
So I can't access any details about the suresignal device.
I've tried resetting the password to access my Vodafone etc, but it hasn't worked.
I've not logged in for ages and my company has changed Vodafone contracts since I got the suresignal, not sure if this is related.

Hi Nick,

 

Thanks for posting. If the Sure Signal has been unused for 6 months or more then it would have been irrevocably deactivated.

Hi There,

 

I would like to deregister a sure signal box on an old account, i am unable to log on wit my old details as the account is no longer active. Please can someone advice me who I can contact to resolve this.
