The troubleshotting guide does not help either.
I cannot make outgoing calls.
Incoming calls ring once, then are diverted to voicemail.
My internet is fine. My mobile is fine. My SUreSignal says it's fine too.

Hi, my sure signal 2 has stoppd working
Have done factory reset, works for about 3 mins then back to call failed
Unit is only a few months old.
just the circle thing icon on.
Desperatly need this on line for work

Also have the same problem as everyone else and was told this morning (via live chat) that the problem was fixed (clearly hasn't been)
I've just tried again via live chat to get an answer and they now say that there's a mast down in my area and that I'd have to wait for an update.
Just want an honest answer from Vodafone, as it can't be that difficult to confirm why !

" mast down in my area" - they really said that? Wow, didn't know the Sure Signal somehow interfaced via mobile phone masts. I was certain it used that thing called the Internet.
Has anyone got a sensible answer yet???

Come on Vodafone, someone must have an idea as to when it's likely to be fixed (might also be a good idea to let the Customer Service team know what the fault is, as it then saves them making things up !)

Vodafone insist that the issue with the sure signal has been resolved (they say this morning), and have adviced me to perform yet another factory reset !
I am now resetting as requested, they have also said that failing this I should try the following :
If this still isn’t working then I would suspect a connectivity issues between your router and Vodafone VPN server, could you reply back after performing the following:
- On a PC :
- Click on Start and select Run
- Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
- A black box will appear.
- In this box type tracert 22.214.171.124 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply along with a copy of the results from running a speed test
Then they said failing all this then they will look to replace the sure signal box, couldn't explain to me why others are having the same issue all at the same time though ?
Will update with the results when I have them.

We are also experiencing this issue. Our whole office has not beena bale to make or receive any calls today, as they just ring once then drop the call... Placed message in Network Forum but no response.... Vodafone WHERE ARE YOU???

I have just spent some time on live chat. As recommended, I held down the RESET button for 15 seconds.
SureSignal is now sitting there with just the first LED lit, while it (apparently) finds its profile etc. (which could take up to 4 hours apparently).
It did not do this earlier when I followed the Factory Reset procedure, so fingers crossed (although I suspect it just buys VF a few hours without me hassling them...)

Voda: Press and hold the reset button on the back of the box untill all the lights flash together and then unplug it from the power and the plug it back in while still holding the button and then release the button in a minute and then give it couple of hours before it is fully functional up to 6 hours.
Voda: Once you are done with this your sure signal box will be working fine after sometime as resync has been done from our end

Since this morning, I have been unable to make or receive calls.
I called the tech desk and was informed that it was my 'sim' that needed replacing and that I will need to wit 2 days before I can replace it and start using me phone again!!!!

Seems we're getting random answers to stall us while they try and sort the issue.
How about some honesty, Vodafone? You've screwed up so admit it. Let us know what's being done to fix it.
Don't keep messing us around.
