Hi after the box stopped working about 6 months ago i finally decided to get it working again 2 days ago.
I'm trying to re-register it - it's saying it's suspended on my account - but now the page is continuously saying "we're having a technical problem - try again in a few MINUTES"... that was two days ago.
My serial number is 21196896464

Matt thanks for your roply - however all of the various explanations make no allowance for the system throwing me this error on registering...?
Is it a temporary (2 day + ) thing or something unique to me?
What should I do please?

I have exactly the same problem, i have one at the office which is working fine, the second one which went belly up 3 or 4 months ago will not register, cant even get that far on the site, just says technical error.....

If your Sure Signal is showing as suspended then we'll need to take a closer look at this. If you reply to the email that I'm about to send you, then we'll be in touch as soon as we can.
pastyman, we'll need to check on yours too, so I've sent you an email as well.

Please can my sure signal be looked at please. I used it back in 2010 on a different number, left Vodafone and have no returned but cannot get my sure sginal to work. I'm afraid it may be suspended - please can I have some help with this - sure signal Sure Signal, 21220159864

I just got a replacement sure signal box. serial no 40114518000. when I try to register it I get the message " sorry, we are having a technical problem at the moment. please try again in a few minutes". This happens whether I click on "add users" or "submit without adding users". This is a vodafone website problem as my instructions tell me to register before connecting my sure signal.

I have responded to your query in your other thread this morning.
I have taken a look at the serial number you have given and it is coming up as not a valid serial number, please can you double check the serial number for the Sure Signal so we can check this for you.

I've been given a Sure Signal by my boss, due to our signal going down repeatedly. I've registered my work number with Vodafone, my boss has authorised it as an administrator but I still can't register the Sure Signal - it's continuously saying "we're having a technical problem - try again in a few MINUTES"... for the past 2 days.
My serial # is 40114503846
The trouble shooting thread said to register as a business, I've tried that, but still get the same message.

I can see that your Sure Signal is completely registered, can I ask if the issue you are having is with trying to add more numbers to the sure signal or something else?
If you can let me know I will be able to take a look at this for you.
@ crookie121, the error that you are getting is usually down to either entering an incorrect mobile number or if there is an issue with the Sure signal serial number.
So that I can look into this for you please can you let me know what it is you are trying to do and also let me know your Sure Signal serial number and I will be able to assist you further.

I have taken a look at the Sure Signal serial number and can see that it is suspended which means that we won’t be able to transfer the use over to you from the previous owner.
As this was purchased through a 3rd party I would suggest contact them as the Sure Signal can no longer be used.

I am trying to register my suresignal with a Sure Signal Serial Number: 21229072620
I keep getting the following message when i try to register my sure signal:
