Can't reset sure signal

Only got red power light and no lights come on even when I press test button for a minute. Worked fine for 10 months till now. Not sure what I can do of it won't reset. I've switched everything on and off and checked wire connections.

I have version 3 but the guide is no use as I have power light and NO OTHERS LIGHTS. Reset process is not working as no lights come on. Guess it's broken so I'll ring business services on Monday and ask for another.
