Cannot add SureSignal to My Vodafone

I have been given a SureSignal by a friend. Every time I try to add it I get the same error message - see attached. Any ideas?

Hi @philjayne,

 

This could be because your friend has yet to deregister the Sure Signal. They'd need to contact us directly to deregister the Sure Signal.

 

If they have done this, please speak with our Live help team to get it registered.
