Cannot add new number to SureSignal

Hi. I have just had my son's VF PAYG iPhone 5S ported to my contract and inserted the new sim this evening (which should by now have had the old number transferred, according to the store). No signal bars - no surprise I was not expecting the VSS to recognise it, so I removed the number in manage numbers, reset the VSS, but now I cannot add the number back. I get the error: "Something went wrong, sorry. Our techs are working hard to get it sorted - so please pop back later. - [1c2]"

 

Any thoughts appreciated.

It's recommended to de register the number for 24 Hours and then after that timeframe re register it.
