Cannot add new numbers to SureSignal

Hello

 

I am the adminstrator for the suresignal , but I cannot see an option to delete and add my number back. As I have a new handset and need re-register it.  I was able complete this for users on this sure signal and they are working.

Welcome to the eForum :Smiling:

 

You could deregister then re-register the Sure Signal.

 

Or transfer the ownership to another number, remove your number and add it back onto the registration, before transferring the ownership back.

Same issue here. Tried the de-register and re-register trick but still doesn't show my phone in the dashboard but won't allow me to add it as a new user. Currently have no Sure Signal phone access at home as a result.
