Cannot add new numbers to SureSignal

Hi,

I'm trying to add my son's mobile number to my Sure signal. However when I get to the Sure signal page in my account the only options are "Register Sure Signal" and " Opt out of other Sure signals". There is no sign of "Manage Users" anywhere. Can you help?

Thanks Laura, but I have already been in touch with your Live help team yesterday and they have sorted the problem out. For anybody else reading this and has the same problem I suggest getting in touch with them. The chap I spoke to was very helpful. He mentioned that there had been problems with the Sure signal system meaning that a lot of people had lost the ability to add or manage it. He then reset mine for me.
