Cannot add users to SS3

When trying to add users the website returns an error... the 'owning' phone number can connect to SS but none others. It is new today and I see there have been other issues on the Vodafone website today... related or am I just doing something wrong?

The owning number got a text message to say it had been set up but nothing yet for any other number!!

Hi,

 

 

Their has been a few recent glitches with Sure Signal management. 

 

On the home screen of 'My Account'
Select 'Manage' next to the main number.
Under account services select 'Manage services'
Select 'Sure Signal'

If no help perhaps speak to Customer services via 191 or Live Chat via a computer.

Thanks...have tried that and the number is listed but doesn't connect. I have restarted the ss3 and the phone in question but Still no joy
