Solution

Cannot connect new user via Sure Signal

I have successfully registered a new user and they have received the confirmation text.  Their phone is 3G enabled and the phone recognises the Vodafone network when doing a manual search but it doesn't connect.  I have placed my own SIM card in the new user's phone and it connects OK.  When the new user's SIM card is in my phone it doesn't connect.

So the problem appears to be with the SIM card.  Not sure if it is significant but my SIM card is white, while the new user's is red.

Hi there milesm,

Can you confirm the number with the connection issue ends 969?

Please factory reset the VSS for me and let me know if that number still has issues.

Cheers,

LeeH
