Cannot re-register Sure Signal v2

Morning,

 

We de-registered one of our Sure Signals, as the user left the organisation.

 

We now have a new starter so we need to re-register the device and cannot seem to do this, as the Website just keeps on saying that there has been an error.

 

Can someone please look into this for us? Or re-register it for us?

 

The device in question is Serial Number: 40110529027
