Hi.
I purchased a second hand sure signal. The seller has de registered the unit on Friday 28th October.
I still cannot re register the unit on my account.
I keep getting
"Sorry, there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013 - [2o1]"
Can you tell me if there is a time delay between de-registereing and re-registering? Or is there another problem?

Hi
If your unable to register as normal then do speak with customer service on 191 or Live Chat.
My initial thoughts are the original owner has not properly de registered from that Sure Signal.
