Cannot see SureSignal tab

Hi,

 

I can't see the SureSignal tab on the website anymore, once I log in. I have tried to re-register for the SureSignal service, but it recognises that my mobile number is already registered. 

 

BTW, reason for looking for the tab is that my phone has not been able to get signal from the femtocell for a few days now and I'm trying to figure out what's gone wrong with it.

 

Please help!
