Cant manage my Sure Signal via portal :-(

I've just got a new phone which is practically useless until I can add it onto my sure signal.

 

Ive tried logging in multiple times with different browsers etc etc etc but nothing works.

 

Can you please add a number on for me!

This has been done now.... via livechat!

Any help on how you got it fixed would be gratefully received... Mine's been like this for a month!!!

I gave up trying to do this via the portal.... in fact ive logged in today and it still says Sorry, we are having technical difficulties at the moment.please try again in a few minutes.

 

I used the live chat to get one of the Vodafone people to add it for me....not ideal...as it took about half an hour to do something i could have done in a couple of minutes!

 

Clearly the portal isnt going to be back in a few minutes.... maybe someone could tell us when it will actually be working again?
