Changing ownership of SureSignal

Can someone tell me how to change the owner of my SureSignal 1 box, please? The instructions in the FAQ refer to a "Transfer" button which I can't see anywhere in the Manage SureSignal page.

Welcome to the eForum.

If you're the registered user for the device, you can de-register your Sure Signal from the dashboard. Here's a video guide. 

If you've taken the device on, the last owner will need to de-register it first before you can register as a new user.
