Correct Sure Signal v3 lights but no Signal

My sure signal has worked fine for the past 3 months of having it and then suddenly its stopped working, iv tried resetting it, deregistering it and re registering etc but nothing has worked.. it shows all the correct lights as if it should work but i get no signal!

I have tried both mention previous and it was fine, re registered and so far it's ok but this is a reoccurring issue. Definitely will not be continuing my contracts with Vodafone once they are paid up as I only took out the early upgrade as I was promised excellent signal with the box due to getting 0 signal in my house and nothing. Beyond a joke now 😞

Did the Sure Signal work when you connected it in another location? 

 

You need to make sure all of the following port numbers and IP addresses are forwarded to your Sure Signal's internal IP address. If you need help in doing this, please contact your Internet service provider. 

 

Ports and Protocols:

  • 8 – TCP/UDP                 (All routers)
  • 50 – TCP/UDP               (All routers)
  • 53 – TCP/UDP               (Virgin Super Hubs)
  • 67 – UDP                      (Virgin Super Hubs)
