My sure signal box drops it's connection frequently and needs to be turned off and back on to reset it.

Your Sure Signal was running an older firmware version so I've had a new version pushed through for you. 

 

Please keep the Sure Signal plugged in and don't perform any resets for at least the next 24 hours.
