De-register a sure signal please

Hi There, 

I had a sure signal registered to my account. I have removed it from my account but i cannot seem to re-register it on another account. 

Please can you help me to totally de-register my sure signal.

I have the same problem, ie, I did not deregister my Sure Signal prior to closing my account, and now i am unable to deregister it.  Could you please contact me so that you can guide me through de-registration, and the ownership transfer process?
