De-register my Sure Signal and register on a new account

Hi,

I have a Sure Signal Box which was registered to a disconnected phone number. I left Vodafone and my account was closed. I have now come back, wanting to register my Sure Signal Box to my new Vodafone number but it says the box is already registered. As the old account is closed I cannot log in to de-register. Can you de-register the box for me so that I can link it to my new account?

I don't want to post the serial number here. Can you message me with the details you need?
