De-register suresignal

How do i deregister my suresignal with no access to vodafone .

I have been through the the other posts and for info:

I had 3 numbers on my account and i moved to another provider on 2 of them and the third one is in the bucket now as no longer used,

However Vodafone have decided to limit access to my account and no matter how many e-chats i am they cannot get that in their head telling me i need to re-register....

However as i no longer have the active SIM card i cant re-register.

All i want is my suresignal to be deregistered so i can sell this to someone else.

I have my account number / invoice number etc. any one help with this.
