Could anyone help me out I have sold my sure signal box online, but the new is unable to register it, apparently its still registered to me, I am no longer a vodafone customer so I am unable to de-register it online. Please can anyone help!

To deregister yoour SureSignal you will need to pass some security checks from your old account.
The quickest way to do this is to use the Live Chat option on the Contact us page. Alternatively you can wait for the eForum team to pick up this thread via email but it can take several days this way.
