Hi - my Sure Signal v3 (purchased September 2013) appears to have died in the last couple of weeks. How can I get it repaired / replaced? Thanks

Hi

A sure signal is convered by a 24 month warranty.

A guide for troubleshooting is Here

Also a recent forum announcement Here

Hi - Many thanks for the quick response. I understand that the device is out of warranty, but would nonetheless like to find out how I can get it repaired, both to avoid creating e-waste and (hopefully) to minimise the cost of getting it up and running again.

You could take it to a Vodafone store and they could possibly send it away to be looked over at their Repair Houses.

To be fair, as the replacement cost of the device is £69, you may find it cheaper to get a new device, rather than getting a repair.  I completely get that you don't want to create more waste though.  At least if you went for a new device, you'd have a new 24 month warranty.
