Dead Sure Signal

My sure signal is completely dead. No lights, nothing. Turn it off and on again - nothing.

My question is what is the warranty on these and is mine in the warranty period - what do I need to provide you with to find out?

Ta!

Hi there

The warranty is 24 months if I am not mistaken. Have you arranged a repair yet? You can do so by dropping the device into a Vodafone store or by calling 191 . Which version is it? If it is a version 2 or 1, it could just be a power supply - just plug in a different power supply and see if it works.

You could try an alternative power source.

I think I've read their around £10 on eBay.
