Deregister Sure Signal

Hi, Need to deregister Sure Signal but no longer have a Vodafone account. How to do this?? Vodafone support seem unable to do this for me. Any help gratefully received.

Hi there

 

What you should have done is deregister it prior to leaving Vodafone.  As account access is required which we don't have on this forum, you will need to call 191 from any Vodafone handset or 03333 040 191 from any UK phone.  They will be able deregister the device for you.

Which support team have you spoken to ?

If Live Chat I would use 191 from a Vodafone phone.

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

 

 

Thanks, tried Live Chat and 191 so far. Will try 191 again. I guess I just need to find someone who understands the issue and isn't relying on a script.

You'll have to persist with 191 or LiveChat as the forum doesn't deal with account specific queries.
