Hi.

As there is no account access you'll need to ask the original owner to contact Vodafone Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat to de register them.

This is to protect the security of the sure signal.

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

I am the original owner, so do I do it or any new owner?

Ok.

Then you will need to speak with Customer service to de register the sure signal before anyone else can register to it.

@fidelity If you are no longer using the Sure Signals you will need to de-register them. If you contact Live Chat and provide them with the serial numbers they will be able to do this for you.

If you plan on selling on the device make sure and do it quickly as they may be permanently disabled after 6 months of non-use.
