Deregister my Sure Signal

Hello

 

My sure signal was set up using the original number of my first contracted phone. This contract has now expired so I cannot get access to my sure signal to add my new number. Can you please advise how I can deregister it and set it up again using my new number?

Contact Customer Services on 191 and have your Sure Signal Serial Number to hand along with the account number belonging to your old contract. Your issue may not be resolved while on the phone but they should carry out the request within an acceptable time period.
