Deregistering Sure Signal 2

Hi

Can someone please point me in the right direction to deregister my sure signal.

I have just moved away from Vodafone after quite a few years, so my account is now closed and i cannot deregister the sure signal unit via the normal route.

Hi there

You should have deregistered the device prior to leaving Vodafone.  As you've not done that, you're going to need some help from the eForum Team. They will be along in about 24 - 48 hours to send you details on how to get in touch so that they can assist.
