Do I need to de-register an old Sure Signal if I want to try it in another house?

The one I bought stopped working in our rural home because our broadband drops out fairly regularly.  I can no longer get the Sure Signal connected so I bought a new one (1.5 years in - not great!).

I wanted to see if I can still get it working in city flat  - is it likely to be broken altogether because I've had to re-set it quite a lot or is it worth me trying it elsewhere.  Any thoughts?

thanks

The only thing I know about these signal boosters is that they only work on a pay monthly plan and only then when 'mobile data' is turned on not on PAYG.
