Does Vodafone Sure Signal ever work for longer then 1 hour?

Im having really bad issues lately with my SS V2.

 

It will go off after 1 hour and will just flash both lights with the red solid power light. No amount of resetting or pulling the plug seems to do anything.

 

Have done the tracert 212.183.133.177 thing and below are my results.

Hi,

It worked fine from 7.30 onwards right up untill i went to bed at 1.30am.

However on wakin up this morning im afraid its off again and both lights are just flashing.

What is this reason for this? Getting fed up now, havin a contract i cant use cause i constantly have no signal.

Are you still having difficulties?

 

If so, please can you tell me what light sequence you are seeing?

Yes it connected back up but as of postin this, its off again.

Both lights are flashing, then only one light flashes and it will come on for a bit then randomly go off again.

Infact its come back on again, i really have no idea what its playing at.

This looks like it could be something to do with the connection.

 

What internet provider are you using and is it a fixed line broadband set up?

Hi,

I am on talk talk and its a fixed line setup yes. The signal box is literally above the modem.

Can you try your Sure Signal on an alternative connection (at a friend/family members) so we can determine where the issue lies? 

 

If possible please also try a different Ethernet cable and port.
