Error message when trying to add a new user.

I've added new users to my Sure Signal in the past, but when I tried today I get an error message followed by lots of lines of code. The message starts with 'VAP Gateway Controller' before the lines of code.

Can someone help please? I have seen similar posts from some years ago but there is not a 'solution'. Access to everything else seems to work fine.

Which sure signal model are you using ?

It may have just been a temporary issue.

 

Try clearing your cache and cookies and if that doesn’t work, try in another browser instead.

Thank Jenny, I've tried using Chrome & IE but get the same error message with both browsers (having previously cleared the cache & cookies as you suggested).

 

The attached file shows what I get when I 'confirm' the add user details.
