Error when adding new user

I am receiving an error when trying to add my partner to my sure signal. The error states:

Sorry – there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.

My sure signal has been working fine up until this point. My partner recently had her number ported over and I was able to add her temporary Vodafone number without issues so I suspect that this error is due to her number being ported, her Voicemail isn't working either.

Can anyone assist?
