Faulty Sure Signal - Still Waiting Replacement

I dropped off my Sure Signal for repair at Canary Wharf Store on 23rd April as it stopped working.  I was informed that the devices are not usually repaired but replaced with a new unit but they have no stock at the moment.

 

THREE months on, I still don't have a replacement and keep told that they have a backlog and stock is low. However there seems to be enough stock available on the website if I wish to buy one!!

 

Please can someone tell me when I will get my replacement as the signal at home is not very good hence the need for the Sure Signal!!  When I phone, I get told that they are still waiting for stock – three months on!!  Why can't you just send me one of the ones available on the website?
