Flashing Red Light

Hi,

 

I am experiencing problems with my Sure Signal - It was been working perfectly for the past 3-4 months but has just stopped working.

 

The sure signal just displays a flashing red light now, if you could provide me with any more information and help on the issue it would be much appreciated.

Hi Rah2l,

 

The information you've supplied seems fine.

 

The Sure Signal last hit our servers early yesterday morning.

 

I've pushed through a resync for you and to complete this:

 

  1. Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  2. Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  3. Once the lights come back on, release the button
  4. The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour
