My sure signal power light is illuminated but nothing else will come on.
I have been through the procedures here but still nothing but a constant power light. My friends Sure Signal however works perfectly on my router with my ISP.
My Sure Signal box is one of the original type, serial no. 21197033679.
My router is Sagem F019/10
My ISP is Plusnet

I got a new sure signal last week, as I thought the additional output would be useful for my office PC, and it hasn't worked. The older sure signal worked fine, barring a drop of quality sometimes during long phone calls.
The new one seemed to do the iniial configuration and then had no light lit beyond a steady power light. This morning the system light is flashing, to no end that I can discern.
I am using a netgear DGN3500, and have a Static IP. 184.108.40.206
My tracert result is below:

I received a new SureSignal on 13/05/11, and it still currently has only the power light on. If you cycle the power, the 2 other lights flash for a while then go out. I have been thropugh the troubleshooting guide and carried out the following steps:Confirmed the SS is being allocated a local IP by the router, confirmed I can trace roure as far as the Vodafone servers(59mS RTT), run speedtest (6.3Mbps down, 0.33 up), Forwarded ports 8, 50, 123, 500, 4500 (and now I have assigned it to a DMZ) and confirmed that the SS is registered with VF (the dashboard lists it as Status active ). I have re-set my router, although I believe the same IP will have been allocated.
My ISP is PlusNet, with fairly typical speed for a Market 1 exchange.
My router is a BT HomeHub 2
My SS serial numbner is 40111324253
Any update of the status would be appriciated.

Thanks for posting. Looking at the speedtest and traceroute results, I can't see anything out of the ordinary there. Your upload speed is certainly sufficient for Sure Signal to work correctly. I can see from our email chain that we're currently waiting for an update from our engineers, I'll chase this up for you and let you know when I get a response back.
Well it's been a week and I've heard nothing!!!!!
Have I had the firmware upgrade that seems to have fixed other peoples SS boxes on other threads this week?

I've forwarded all the serial numbers to our engineers for investigation.
Digicom - You have been sent an email concerning delivery of your new device, which should be completed today. If you've any further issues, just forward these via the email chain, and we'll get back to you.

Same problem for me. Nothing for a few days now, One solid and one flashing light. Reseting or power cycling doesn't help/
Can the Vodafone Admin please add this to the list of serials to be investigated. Thanks,
