Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

I followed the advise on the troubleshooting page, moved SS away from Router and rebooted it, and still when i recieve and make calls my reception drops to zero signal, hang up the call and my signal goes back to full strength, any other ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Thank you for your post and a very warm welcome to the eForum.
I have seen that the WiFi and Sure Signal can affect each other, this should not be the case as they work on two different frequency bands(SS works on 2.1Ghz whereas WiFi is on 2.4Ghz, or if your lucky 5Ghz).
This may be down to the bandwith that has been allocated to your Sure Signal, it would be worth seeing if you can go into your routers admin and amend the priority of the Sure Signal so it is not top (you should be able to find this in your routers userguide).
Please can you perform a speed test and post your results back here.
It would also be good if you could try the Sure Signal in another location to see if it is the device or the set up.
