Hi

over the last few days i have noticed my suresignal has been blocking my incoming calls and text messages, it send the calls to voicemail while the texts wait until i get signal outside and then come through in bulk, i have tried resetting, deregistaring and reregistaring but with no luck, please help.

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delayed response here. We're a little busier than normal so it's taking us longer than we'd like to respond.

I've been through the entire thread and can see there are a number of users unable to receive traffic through their VSS.

All the below users have given me their serial numbers and I have forced a resync of all users' units. Please let me know if the issue still persists after 24 hours and I will raise this to the support teams for further investigation:

Hi Lee,

I too am having problems with my Suresignal. I can make outgoing calls but I have no incoming calls. Incoming calls go direct to voicemail.

On my Sure Signal box I get power, internet & service lights but my User light is off. I have full wifi signal on my Iphone & internet works fine on my Mac. I have no other devices plugged into my modem.

My Sure Signal serial code is 21227829153
Ping is 33ms
Download speed 5.50mbps
Upload speed 0.74mbps

Would greatly appreciate your help.

Well, it must be about 24 hours now but still no joy, except for the test ones I sent myself yesterday which came through when I went out this afternoon. I have sent myself two more since I got back within Suresignal range and they have not arrived. Very annoying and frustrating. My free text allowance is going to waste as no point sending to anyone if I can't receive a reply.

This didnt resolve my problems with the sure signal, its been on over 26 hours and still going straight to voicemail when connected.

Mine doesn't appear to have worked either. I've tested it a couple of times and it's been on for the majority of today until my wife came home. It's more than my life is worth if her texts don't come through even though we have very patchy 2G signal! If I take it down the road to my Moms house to try, will it cause more issues than its worth due to it being in a physically different location? Is it worth investing in a new one instead? I'm aware there are times that things just break?

Yes having no joy with mine for a few days now.

Cannot make or receive calls and same with text. Full signal, done all sorts of trouble shooting as oer every thread there is on here and still nothing.

What has happened.

lights on that should be on, reset, turned on, off, talked to it nicely, noithing. Help please

Phones work ok when sure signal off but living on the edge of the world and Vodafone signal not very strong we need it working.

Any update on this issue like what is casuing it and how long to get a fix.

Do I need to leave the sure signal on as this causes our phones not to work or can you fix it whilst the sure signal is off and we have functioning phones?

Please add me to the list! Mine hasn't been working for about 2 weeks now, missed lots of work calls before I realised the (not so) sure signal was blocking them! Now turned 3G off until resolved. S/N 40113147728 Broadband with virgin media at 10mb

We've been experiencing the same issues with trying to make and receive calls.

On BT Infinity  37Mb download and 6.83Mb upload.
