Vodafone Sure Signal

Hi, I'm having an issue getting internet access through my sure signal on my samsung Galaxy S2. The phone shows a full signal with 3G or HSDPA & can send/receive calls & texts but when I try to access the internet it doesn't work. We have several other phones in the house, all work fine through the sure signal with nor problem.

Never really noticed if mine connects via my ss.... do you not use wifi at home? Seems ilogical to use your allowance when you (i am making an assumption u have wifi here) have faster, unlimited access via a wifi router?

Ive just tried...shut down wifi on phone and relied on my ss...shows full signal (only have 1-2 bars without ss) and browsing, email working fine...the only thing i can think of that would stop it is if u have disabled use packet data on the settings but this would also prevent access when away from home

Thank you for your post and it is great to see you here.

I see there has been some excellent support from _365_ (thank you).

Have you checked that Packet Data is enabled on your device? We have some great step by step guides on our Help Centre to ensure you get the most from your device.

One common cause is that the bandwith is not large enough to cover the data to your device, if you do have WiFi at home this is highly recommended to use and is often a much faster method.
