I have had a Sure Signal V2 for a number of months now. Both my girlfriend and I are on Pay Monthly Vodafone contracts. She has had a Galaxy S3 for well over a year now, and I have had an iPhone 4S for nearly 2 years. In addtion, her work mobile is some HTC device also on Vodafone.
Both the HTC and iPhone 4S register to the Sure Signal fine and can make/recieve calls and have full signal constantly. No matter what I try, the Galaxy S3 never connects to it.
I have registered the SS to myself and later my girlfriend, added and removed the number multiple times, but the Galaxy S3 never connects!
Please help! We only purchased the SS because the S3 struggles with signal in our house, the iPhone usually picks up a bar or two of 3G.
Thanks.

1) Make sure 3g is enabled on the Samsung handset
2) Make sure the number has been added on "my vodafone" to the list of registered numbers in the SS section.
3) Reset the VFSS device by holding reset button in for 20secs
4) Call VF 191 or 08700 700 191 and ask them to resync the device
Should sort it out.
If other handsets are working then that indicates the VFSS is working properly, so maybe handset issue. Forum guys/girls should be able to advise though

Thanks for the response Kay, but I was hoping for a more tailored reply, not a generic copy and paste.
I have read the troubleshooting thread many times and not come to a resolution.
I am confident the SS is working correctly, I was thinking it was more likely to be a network issue with the phone/sim.
I can follow the below steps if you really think it is necessary, but I would like to ask for this procedure for the latest Mac OS, I do not own a Windows computer.
Regards,
Joe

Hi JHutley,
Thanks for confirming the information Kay had asked for.
Everything looks fine with the results you've posted.
We can check the registration for you to ensure the S3 is assigned to the Sure Signal. Email us here and we'll have a look into it for you.
Alternatively, you can make sure the phone is registered yourself by looking on My Vodafone.
Thanks,
Matt B
