Vodafone Sure Signal

Hi Tech,

I've had my Gateway box since they launched and very rarely used it so I packed it away, since updating the firmware on my Galaxy S2 the signal is fair so I've got the gateway out of hibernation.

I've plugged the box in and it just hangs on 1st green light, I've logged into my suresignal acc. and it says gateway is suspended. I've called customer support and got nowhere...they asked me to purchase another box!

My gateway serial is 21196772335

Problem sorted, spoke to customer care and they are replacing my sure signal box, a big thankyou :-)
