Giving notice and Sure Signal

allegoricus

Because the Vodafone signal is hopeless in my home area (a village), I'll be quitting this contract when my contract period runs out at the end of July, and moving to Three.

I have a second Voda contract (for the phone used by my wife) that doesn't expire, so I'll want to keep the Sure Signal to service that phone. Is the Sure Signal "owned" by the first number or, will the second number (my wife's) automatically become the administering number for the unit?

It's more difficult than I thought to express this clearly, so I hope the meaning is obvious.

Thanks,

Peter

Hi allegoricus,

You'll need to deregister the Sure Signal device on your MyVodafone account and then re-register the Sure Signal under the other number.

Thanks,

Matt B
