HELP Suresignal v3 stopped working suddenly

The issue you’re experiencing: No signal at all since this morning after running with no problems for over a year can you please advise what the issue is I have tried resetting multiple times etc.

What light sequence you're seeing: flashing red, two solid orange lights

Hi after over two hours on the phone to Vodafone and being misled by techs on this forum (who told me I de-registered my suresignal myself??!) I can confirm for anyone that has similar issues to me on my V3 Sure signal:

 

Sudden failure of SureSignal

Flashing Red light and two solid orange lights

Potential email from Vodafone advising box has been de-registered

 

I have been advised there was a system upgrade which has caused suresignal boxes that are in use have been de-registered in error.

 

I am awaiting a call back from their technical team.

 

My advise is to call Vodafone customer services to get this sorted out this forum will not help.

You only mention new sure signals what about the sure signal I have now it is still not working?

Still not working - 5 days now! can someone please come back to me on what is going on? still the same lights on the sure signal and I cant add users still?

The Sure Signal with the serial number 40133466660 is showing as deregistered as of 16 July 2016 by the owner.

 

Please register the Sure Signal and let us know what lights you're seeing.

 

The issue that we were investigating has now been resolved.

 

You can add users through the Administration page in your My Vodafone account or by contacting our Live Chat team.
