HELP Suresignal v3 stopped working suddenly

The issue you’re experiencing: No signal at all since this morning after running with no problems for over a year can you please advise what the issue is I have tried resetting multiple times etc.

What light sequence you're seeing: flashing red, two solid orange lights

Hi can someone please look into this for me?

 

I am running a BT home hub and have checked all settings and replaced cables etc going to the hub I need signal for work please contact me back asap.

The Sure Signal serial number provided is showing as deregistered.

 

Please register this unit again and repeat the steps that you've posted above.

Why has it been de-registered??

 

Furthermore I cannot login to my account as its asking to send a text message to my mobile that I dont have any signal for because you have de-registered my sure signal! can someone please advise what you can do here??

The Sure Signal can only be deregistered by the owner and it has been done today.

 

If you're unable to receive the message, please contact our Live help team who are happy to help.


 

 

THIS IS NONSENSE.

 

Neither myself or the owner of the account for the Sure Signal has de-registered anything. I have also recieved an email advising that the sure signal has been de-registered because it has not been used - even though Vodafone confirmed on the phone to me that it was used and registered at 11am yesterday!

 

This is a farce - I now find myself without any suresignal, with no way to access my account because you need to send a text message to a mobile that doesnt have any signal!

 

Can you advise what I do here???

Please speak with our Live Chat team as DaveCD has suggested. We'll then be able to have a look into this for you. 

if you have a later model of the iphone you can enable wifi calling on it, just ask customer services to enable it first  in webchat then restart the phone and en voila you will have access to calls and messages etc - you probably know this already but thought it might be worth a mention.

 

I have one phone that this works on fine, the other 3 number sin my house dont have it though hence trying to setup suresignal since yesterday.....and failing miserablly :Sad_face:

HI I have now logged onto my account finally and have now re-registered my Sure Signal to my account. Live chat is not available as its 'busy' whata  surprise there.

 

Can you please check this has happened correctly please and re-sync if required?
